Also, there's no such thing as the perfect house - new or used, there will be issues, hopefully minor and whether you use my services or not, you need an inspection. If not my services please consider an Inspector who belongs to a trade association such as the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association (TPREIA) or the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

It's valid for home inspections performed for home buyers and home sellers by participating InterNACHI(R) Certified Professional Inspectors(R) only.
The home must be listed for sale with a licensed real estate agent.
The Guarantee excludes homes with material defects not present at the
time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected,
per InterNACHI'sResidential Standards of Practice.
The Guarantee will be honored for 90 days after closing.
InterNACHI(R) will pay you whatever price you paid for the home.
Privacy Policy: We don't collect identifiable consumer contact
information;therefore,we can't sell or release it.
No data is sold or released to any third party.
